These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the parcel delivery facilitation services provided by Senda Way Ltd (“Senda”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Senda facilitates item purchase and delivery from international locations to users in Lagos, Nigeria. We handle procurement, international shipping, customs clearance, and final delivery.
Fees include item cost, logistics, duties, and are payable before processing begins. Customs changes may apply after payment.
Delivery estimates are subject to customs, logistics, and other factors. Senda is not liable for delays beyond its control.
Items are insured. Claims must be made within 7 days. Liability is limited to the insured value.
Senda assists with documentation, but final clearance is handled by Nigerian Customs. You’re liable for misrepresentations.
Orders can be cancelled before procurement. After purchase, refunds are not permitted. If an item is unavailable, we may issue a refund or provide a replacement.
All branding and content are the property of Senda Way Ltd and may not be used without permission.
Senda’s total liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify Senda against losses arising from your misuse, law violations, or breaches of these Terms.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
These Terms are governed by Nigerian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
